Duties & Responsibilities 

•    Assist the local GM to build up a solid and profitable business plan as well as annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts and align the plan / budget / forecast with Head of China finance 协助总经理制定稳健且具盈利性的业务规划、年度预算及月度滚动预测，并与中国区财务负责人对齐相关规划、预算与预测内容；
•    Build up and manage in full responsibility a qualified and efficient Finance and Controlling function in close cooperation with FIN shared services team 与财务共享服务团队紧密协作，全权负责搭建并管理专业、高效的财务控制职能体系；
•    Ensure Finance and Controlling practice is fully in compliance with China GAAP, IFRS, respective Group Manuals as well as ICS (Internal Control System) requirement 确保财务控制工作完全遵循中国企业会计准则、国际财务报告准则、集团各项管理手册及内部控制体系的相关要求；
•    In charge of Annual budget /Rolling Forecast preparation and follow up as well as cost management and controlling 负责年度预算与滚动预测的编制及跟进工作，同时开展成本管理与成本控制相关事宜；
•    Perform monthly closing and reporting activities in close cooperation with FIN-SSC team 与财务共享服务中心团队密切配合，完成月度结账及财务报告编制工作；
•    Submit all kinds of financial analysis reports to both local and global management on regular basis to support achievement of plan / budget 定期向本地及全球管理层提交各类财务分析报告，为达成规划及预算目标提供支持；
•    Provide transfer pricing documentation, cash flow and tax planning input to FIN-SSC team 为财务共享服务中心团队提供转让定价相关资料、现金流及税务筹划方面的参考信息；
•    Participate scheduled internal audits / compliance activities and Finance audits 参与定期开展的内部审计、合规审查及财务审计工作；
•    Support to update pricing tools / to improve business process 协助更新定价工具、优化业务流程；
•    Fulfill any other requirement from management from time-to-time 随时完成管理层交办的其他工作；
•    Continuous process improvements持续推进流程优化工作。

Job experience and skills任职经验与技能要求：
•    Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Fin and accounting, or business administration 本科及以上学历，财务会计、工商管理相关专业；
•    At least 10 years of experience in controlling (Finance or accounting) positions, while at least 3 years in senior position 拥有至少10年财务控制（财务 / 会计方向）相关工作经验，其中至少3年高级管理岗位工作经历；
•    Comprehensive knowledge and understanding on accounting principles and concepts in PRC and IFRS GAAP as well as tax regulations in China 全面掌握并理解中国企业会计准则、国际财务报告准则的会计原则与概念，熟悉中国税收相关法规；
•    Familiar with ERP, preferably SAP, and the usual MS Office application 熟悉企业资源计划系统，有 SAP 系统使用经验者优先，熟练操作微软办公软件；
•    Skilled in People Management 具备优秀的人员管理能力；
•    Team player in domestic and international teams 能有效融入国内及国际团队，具备良好的团队协作精神；
•    Excellent communication skills with fluent English and Chinese 中英文表达流利，拥有出色的沟通能力；
•    Strong interpersonal communication skills to interface effectively with all levels 人际交往能力突出，能与各层级人员进行高效对接；
•    A self-starter with a drive for results, change & adaptability and leveraging resources 工作积极主动，追求结果导向，具备良好的应变能力与资源整合能力。
