As part of a planned succession due to retirement, BB Engineering GmbH (BBE) is seeking a visionary and results-oriented leader to take on the role of Managing Director (m/f/d). BBE is a technology-driven company with continuous growth and offer you the opportunity to actively shape our future.
Your Responsibilities
- Full strategic and operational responsibility for the company
- Development and implementation of sustainable business strategies
- Financial oversight including budgeting and performance control
- Leadership of sales and marketing initiatives to expand market reach
- Promotion of innovation and close collaboration with the development team
- Optimization of internal processes to increase efficiency
- Leadership and development of the management team and staff
- Ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations
Your Profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, ideally with a focus on Plastics Technology; additional qualifications such as Industrial Engineering or an MBA are a plus
- Several years of leadership experience, preferably as Managing Director or Head of Division in a technology-driven environment
- Strong expertise in technical sales, project management, and financial oversight
- Excellent leadership, communication skills, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
