岗位职责
1.     质量体系搭建与合规
-设计、落地产品实现质量管理体系（覆盖ISO9001、客户特殊要求），并集成到现有质量管理体系中，推动体系有效运行。
-主导内部审核、客户验厂及第三方认证（如 CE/UL），识别差距并闭环整改。
2.     过程与产品质量管控
-定义原材料（如丝束、胶辊）、相关工艺（张力控制、成型精度）、成品检验的关键质量点，编制检验标准与 SOP。
-运用 SPC（统计过程控制）、FMEA（失效模式分析）监控产线稳定性，预警质量风险并干预。
3.    质量问题解决与改进
     -牵头客户投诉、产线不良（如断丝、成型不良）的根本原因分析（5Why、鱼骨图），输出 8D/CAPA 报告并跟踪闭环。
      -推动精益质量项目（如六西格玛），提升产品终检测试一次交验合格率至 98% 以上。
4.    团队与跨部门协同
-建设质量团队（检验员、工程师），设计培训体系（如 “质量工具认证” “工艺专项” ），通过绩效激励提升战斗力。
      -协同研发（优化产品设计缺陷）、生产（解决工艺波动）、采购（管控供应商质量），建立 “质量共担” 的跨部门机制。
5.     供应商质量管理
-主导产品关键外购功能部件供应商审核，制定准入标准与年度质量提升计划。
-处理供应商质量问题（如批次不良），系统性地推动整改并验证效果。
6.     质量数据与文档管理
-分析质量数据（良品率、缺陷趋势、客户反馈），输出月度质量简报与改善提案，支撑管理层决策。
-维护质量记录（检验报告、变更履历），确保产品全流程可追溯，满足客户 / 法规追溯要求。
 
任职要求
1.     本科及以上学历，机械工程/自动化/电气工程等相关专业优先，并有带团队经验优先。
2.     5 年以上设备制造业质量工作经验。
3.     精通质量工具（FMEA、MSA、QC 七大手法）与管理体系（ISO 9001）。
4.     了解 CE/UL 等国际质量法规，可解读英文技术标准。

技能要求
1.     问题解决：独立主导复杂质量问题分析（如产品成型不良根因排查），输出可落地的 CAPA 方案。
2.     协同推进：跨部门沟通中快速对齐目标，推动研发优化设计、生产改善工艺，实现质量端到端管控。
3.     数据驱动：熟练使用 Minitab/Excel 进行质量数据分析（如缺陷柏拉图、过程能力 CPK 计算 ），预判质量趋势。
4.     团队管理：通过培训、激励提升质量团队专业性，带领团队突破质量瓶颈（如降低客诉率）。
5.     良好的中英文沟通能力：可阅读英文质量标准、撰写英文报告片段，支撑国际客户审核。
