【岗位职责】

1) 产品的质量控制，确保产品满足质量标准。 Quality control of the winding head to ensure products meet quality standards.

2) 参与供应商的选择，审核批准和开发过程。 Contribute to supplier selection, audit, approval, and development.

3) 编制供应商审核计划，并实施审核，包括新供应商审核，系统审核和产品审核。 Make plan for supplier audit and implement audit, including new supplier audit, system audit, product audit and fly checking, and track the findings.

4) 释放和批准因为新项目或新供应商开发的样品。 Release and approve samples developed by suppliers for new projects or new suppliers.

5) 与供应商一起采取措施确保产品保质保量的供应给客户。 Work with suppliers to take improvement measures to make sure that suppliers can deliver agreed quality and quantity components/parts to customers.

6) 组织进行进货检验和样品检验。 Organize to do incoming inspection and sample inspection.

7) 与其他同事合作处理来自进料检验，过程检验的质量问题。 Work with other colleagues to deal with quality issues from incoming, process.

8) 投诉供应商的质量问题，同时，推动供应商采取改善措施，并跟踪措施有效性。 Complaint about quality issues to suppliers and push suppliers to take actions and follow up the results.

9) 在供应商处进行产品质量确认和检查。 Make quality checking/inspection for products/components on suppliers’ sites.

10) 过程质量控制策划和实施。 Planning and implementing process quality control.

11) 接受并完成领导交给的其他工作。 To accept assignments delegated by leaders and accomplish the tasks.

【任职要求】

1) 机械或者机械工程相关的大学学历。 College educated and the major is machinery, or mechanical engineering related.

2) 5年以上外资公司机械制造业质量管理工作经验, 2年以上带领团队的管理经验，并熟悉采购流程，供应商质量管理优先. Above 5 years’ working experience for quality assurance in foreign companies, and above 2 years management experience leading a team, being familiar with purchasing process and priority for supplier quality management.

3) 熟悉供应商开发流程 Being familiar with supplier development process.

4) 良好的中英文表达能力. Good communication both in Chinese and English （oral and written）.

5) 至少2年以上的驾驶经验，并能独立驾车拜访供应商。 Driving years are at least more than 2 years, independently visiting supplier.

*需熟知金属件的加工工艺过程和质量控制，如铝合金高压铸造，铝合金机加工，铸铁等工艺。 Adequate technical knowledge and process quality control for metal manufacturing processes, such as aluminum high pressure die casting, machining process, iron casting etc.
