【岗位职责】

1.负责卷绕头产品的质量工程策划与实施，制定质量控制计划和检验标准，确保高速卷绕头满足BASUZ的质量标准。
Responsible for quality engineering planning and implementation of winding head products, develop quality control plans and inspection standards to ensure high-speed winding heads meet BASUZ’s quality standards.
2.处理各类复杂质量问题，依托 8D、SRM、CRM 等完成根因追溯，跟进纠正及预防措施落地验证。
Resolve all kinds of complex quality issues, conduct root cause analysis by utilizing tools such as 8D, SRM and CRM, and follow up the implementation and validation of corrective and preventive actions.
3.参与新产品开发项目，负责产品质量先期策划，编制设计与过程失效模式及影响分析，参与设计评审与验证，确保新产品质量目标达成。
Participate in new product development projects, take charge of advanced product quality planning, develop design and process failure mode and effects analysis, engage in design reviews and verification, and ensure new product quality objectives are met.
4.负责供应商质量管理，参与供应商选择、审核和开发，包括新供应商审核、系统审核和产品审核，并跟踪审核发现项的整改。
Be responsible for supplier quality management, participate in supplier selection, audit and development including new supplier audit, system audit and product audit, and follow up the rectification of audit findings.
5.主导供应商样品的质量确认和批准，制定样品检验计划和标准，确保新产品或新供应商样品满足技术要求。
Lead quality confirmation and approval of supplier samples, develop sample inspection plans and standards to ensure samples from new products or new suppliers meet technical requirements.
6.推动供应商质量持续改进，与供应商一起制定和实施质量改进措施，提升供应商过程能力和产品质量水平。
Drive continuous supplier quality improvement, work with suppliers to develop and implement quality improvement measures to enhance supplier process capability and product quality level.
7.负责进货检验、过程检验和成品检验的技术支持，处理检验中发现的质量问题，制定和优化检验规范。
Responsible for technical support for incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection, handle quality issues found during inspection, develop and optimize inspection specifications.
8.处理客户质量投诉，主导8D报告的编写和回复，推动内部和供应商的质量改进，确保客户满意度。
Handle customer quality complaints, lead preparation and response of 8D reports, drive internal and supplier quality improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.
9.负责质量数据分析与报告输出，挖掘改进机会，推动质量持续优化。
Responsible for quality data analysis and report preparation, identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous quality optimization.
10.支持质量体系建设和维护，参与内部审核和外部审核，确保质量管理体系有效运行。
Support quality system establishment and maintenance, participate in internal and external audits to ensure effective operation of quality management system.

【任职要求】

1.机械设计、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical design, mechanical engineering or related majors.
2.5年以上机械制造业质量管理工作经验，有外资企业工作经验者优先，有卷绕头或类似精密机械产品经验者优先。
More than 5 years of quality management experience in mechanical manufacturing industry, experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred, experience in winding heads or similar precision mechanical products is preferred.
3.熟悉各类质量管理工具与分析方法，持有六西格玛相关认证者优先。
Familiar with all kinds of quality management tools and analytical methods; Six Sigma related certification is preferred.
4.熟悉机加工艺、金属材料、热处理专业知识，熟练识读机械图纸及配套技术规范。
Familiar with machining processes, metallic materials and heat treatment expertise, skilled in interpreting mechanical drawings and supporting technical specifications.
5.良好的中英文听说读写能力，能够与海外客户和供应商进行技术交流。
Good command of Chinese and English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to conduct technical communication with overseas customers and suppliers.
6.持有C1驾驶证，能够独立驾车拜访供应商。
Hold C1 driving license, able to drive independently to visit suppliers.

*需熟知金属件的加工工艺过程和质量控制，如铝合金高压铸造，铝合金机加工，铸铁等工艺。 Adequate technical knowledge and process quality control for metal manufacturing processes, such as aluminum high pressure die casting, machining process, iron casting etc.
