Duties & Responsibilities 
1，    机电设备研发需求分析与方案制定：主导产品需求调研，组织技术可行性论证，明确产品功能、性能指标。
Motor and drive equipment R&D requirement analysis and plan formulation: Lead the product requirement research, organize technical feasibility assessment, and clearly define product functions and performance indicators.
2，    机电设备样机开发与测试验证：组织样机制作，制定测试方案并主导性能测试，分析实验数据，定位问题并推动改进。 
Motor and drive equipment Prototype development and test verification: Organize prototype production, formulate test plans and lead performance tests, analyze experimental data, identify problems and push improvements.
3，    技术难题攻关与创新研究：解决研发过程中的关键技术瓶颈，如振动、噪声、散热、绝缘等 。 
Technical challenge resolution and innovation research: Address key technical bottlenecks in the research and development process, such as vibration, noise, heat dissipation, insulation, etc. 

Required 
1、    研究生学历，机械设计及其自动化专业、电气工程及其自动化、机械电子等相关专业。
Master's degree above in Mechanical Design and Automation, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related majors.
2、    3年及以上 机电设备设计相关工作经验。有精密电机及驱动控制系统开发经验者优先
Electromechanical equipment design-related work experience of 3 years or above. Candidates with experience in the development of industrial-grade motors and drive control systems will be given priority
3、    熟练的英语沟通能力。 
Proficient English communication skills.
