Commercial Assistant

Commercial Assistant  at Vadodara Location :  

Your Duties & Responsibilities includes :

  1. Preparing All Customer OBD
  2. Keeping records of ARC Order/LOI from various customer
  3. Preparing Warranty Invoice (BAREM)
  4. All Customer Payment Confirmation.
  5. All commercial activities of mechanical workshop

 

Required education, Skill, experience, knowledge etc: 

  1. B.Com / M.Com from a recognized University or equivalent degree certificate.
  2. Min 2-5 years of experience in commercial transactions/invoicing etc.
  3. Good knowledge of SAP system is must for this position.
  4. Good communication skill
  5. Must be well versed with Ms Excel/computer application knowledge.
  6. Knowledge of existing laws on tax regulations is added advantage ( such as GST, TDS, TCS)
  7. Coordination with Various customers & internal Departments and the staff members for smooth execution of task.
  8. Reading and understanding of vendor invoices, PAN No, GST No, Barmag PO No, Date of Invoice, Nature of Job & material in line with Barmag PO or not, Material and / or Job approved by our department or not, year of accounting, digitally signed or not, MIGO is done or not, payment terms, GST on hold while accounting & coordination for release, Invoices are properly approved or not
  9. Experience in handling Statutory & Internal audits is desirable
