Store Executive

Your Responsibilities Include mainly the following :

1. Daily dispatch planning & maintaining material records (MIGO/FIFO).

2.  Preparing All purchase & Store Related Document, G.R.N, Issue Register ( RM, PM & Consumable Material), Stock transfer invoices, Returnable & Non-Returnable gate pass Challans, Inward register  etc.

3. To work with SAP GRN (SAP version – SAP S/4HANA).

4. Stock management, RM & PM material planning,Sales invoicing in SAP etc, RGP & NRGP creation and Maintaining record (Manual preparation as well as in system)

Your Profile & Skill sets:

  1. B. Com/ M.Com from a recognized University.
  2. Experience of 3-7 years in Store Dept having receipt & Dispatch Activities.
  3. Well versed with MIGO/ FIFO /WH etc
  4. Very Good Proficiency in working with SAP – MM module is compulsory.
  5. Must have good MS office / MS Excel skills.
  6. Knowledgeable of 5S/Kaizen
