Design Supervisor

Design Supervisor

Design Spinning related product and manage Spinning Design Team.

 

Your Responsibilities

•          根据生产排产计划，合理安排团队设计任务

•          负责团队设计人员的业务技能培训，组织压力容器规范、新材料、新工艺的内部培训，以持续提升团队成员的工作技能

•          指导和审核团队设计人员的设计图纸、明细表等

•          对新型纺丝箱设计与相关部门做技术交流

•          对项目实施过程中（生产、安装调试阶段）遇到的设计问题提供技术支持

•          领导团队不断优化设计，控制设计与生产成本

•          完成上级分配的其他工作任务

 

Your Profile

 

•          教育水平：大学本科及以上

•          专业：机械设计制造等相关专业

•          英语水平：听说读写流利

•          计算机能力：熟练操作办公软件、Solidworks等设计软件

•          所需工作经验、年限：10年以上压力容器设计经验，2年以上团队管理经验

•          专业知识与技能：熟悉有关压力容器法规、标准，具有全面的压力容器设计与制造专业知识

•          熟练掌握机械加工专业理论和知识（材料力学、金属工艺学、机械制图、加工原理、公差配合、标准化等）

•          团队合作要求：良好的团队沟通合作能力
